Booking and Availability

Cab, hotel, tour, flight, and cargo support is always subject to real-time availability, route feasibility, vendor acceptance, inventory status, and pricing changes. YatraGo may assist with coordination, but supplier-side restrictions can still apply.

Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, routes, contact details, and request specifications before confirming any arrangement. Incorrect details can affect fulfillment and may lead to extra charges or failed bookings.

Pricing, Payments, and Third Parties

Any quoted amount may depend on timing, demand, route changes, supplier revision, travel seasonality, or operational scope. A quotation does not remain valid indefinitely unless explicitly stated.

If payment gateway support is enabled later, transactions may be processed through authorized Indian payment platforms such as Razorpay or PhonePe. Third-party supplier policies, carrier rules, and travel partner conditions may apply alongside YatraGo terms.

YatraGo aims to coordinate responsibly and communicate clearly. However, we are not liable for delays, changes, interruptions, or service limitations caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, weather, governmental restrictions, or customer-provided inaccuracies.
