Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed by case, with eligible refund reviews expected within 7 days of the relevant payment or service transaction.

These policies are written to support trust, booking clarity, and future payment workflows without making the public site feel too heavy.

Cancellation and Refund Position

YatraGo services may involve travel planning, supplier coordination, booking assistance, transport movement, hotel support, flight help, tour planning, or cargo coordination. Once a request is confirmed or work has started, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service stage, supplier rules, and any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Confirmed service arrangements, booking assistance, coordination work, and travel-linked commitments are generally non-refundable unless a specific exception is approved after review.

Review Window and Eligibility

In limited cases, a cancellation or refund request may be reviewed if the matter is genuinely eligible and is raised within 7 days from the relevant payment or service transaction date.

Eligibility does not mean automatic approval. Each case may depend on supplier reversibility, travel date proximity, service stage, documentation, payment status, and whether any non-recoverable work or commitments have already been made.

Processing and Deductions

Where a refund is approved, any third-party cancellation charges, payment gateway deductions, operational expenses, supplier penalties, or non-recoverable costs may still be deducted before the final refund amount is confirmed.

Approved refund timelines can vary depending on the underlying partner, bank, or payment processor involved. YatraGo will communicate the expected processing path after the review is completed.

How to Request Cancellation or Refund Review

To request a cancellation or refund review, contact YatraGo through info@yatrago.in or +91 78772 18235 with the booking context, transaction details, service date, and reason for the request. Requests raised after the 7-day review window may not be considered.
